Please note all submissions will be reviewed by our customer service team and are subject to but not limited to the following:
All requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your delivery.
All items must be in original packaging.
Refunds for returns will be refunded shortly after our receiving of returned item.
Customer pays for return shipping.
By choosing the option for us to print a shipping label you are agreeing for the return shipping to be deducted from your refund.
It is the responsibility of the customer to bring any issues or quality concerns to our attention before starting to paint and within 15 days of purchase. Otherwise we will assume you are satisfied with our product and we will not be responsible.
International orders:
We do not take responsibility on shipping for international orders and as long as the order was shipped out we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Sales will not apply to international orders.
All international orders are final sale with no returns or refunds available.
Custom Orders
We will send you a preview for you to approve. Once approved, we cannot make changes or offer refunds.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure permission is granted for the reproduction of the picture you send in. We will therefore assume that any picture you sent in is with the permission of the copyright holder and the customer will be solely liable for any copyright infringement and Dream Judaica LLC and it affiliates will not be responsible.
